We are a private practice group providing anesthesia and chronic pain management services located at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio (Level I Trauma Center), Miami Valley Hospital North in Englewood, Ohio, Miami Valley South Hospital in Centerville, Ohio, Atrium Medical Center and Southwest Ohio Surgery Center in Middletown, Ohio, Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio and Hyatt Surgery Center in Tipp City, Ohio.
